When installing any kind of flooring it is essential that the sub-floor is suitably prepared in order for the installation to be successful and guaranteed.
Concrete floor preparation
We can prepare any floor using a range of specialist floor grinders to remove any imperfections and old adhesive, once the surface is ready we will “latex screed” the entire surface, ready to receive the flooring product of your choice.
Timber floor preparation
We asses each project individually and can provide and fit a ply sub-floor so that your new flooring product can be installed to the manufactures recommendation.
Damp Proof Membrane
We Apply damp proof membrane to protect the floorcovering installation from residual construction moisture and ground bearing moisture. Ideal for use where there is no functioning structural DPM (common in older properties).
